The combination of meeting notes + email drafts in the same tool is the right shape. I get a transcript and a follow-up email already drafted by the time the call ends.

I tone-edit the follow-up drafts more than I expected to. Usable starting point but not "send as-is."

Lots of capability — once you understand what each part does, the all-in-one nature is appealing.

I found the whole thing “overwhelming.” Verbatim from my Trustpilot review. There are sorting rules, drafts, meeting notes, scheduling links — without a clearer onboarding I never figured out which parts I actually wanted on.

I think there is a productive use case for me here. I just could not find it in the time I gave it.

I have been waiting for an AI email assistant that supports Outlook properly. Most of them are Gmail-only. Fyxer's Outlook integration is the reason I subscribed and it has held up.

Outlook setup was more fiddly than expected — once it was running, it was running.

My company is Microsoft 365. Every other AI email tool I tried was Gmail-first. Fyxer was the only realistic option.

It joins meetings by itself, takes solid notes, and sends out a clear, organized transcript right after. Has become our team's go-to notetaker.

Accuracy on highly technical jargon could be better — for the standard meeting it is plenty.

Reliable meeting notes without remembering to start the recorder. Pays for the seat just on that.

Fyxer saves me approximately 8 hours of admin work each week. The auto-categorization works well for the kind of mail I get most often, and the drafts are usually 80% there.

The drafts could be better at picking up subtle context from long threads — but for routine email it is genuinely fast.

I was spending an hour every morning on email triage. Now I spend 10 minutes reviewing what Fyxer drafted overnight.

The premise is right — I want my inbox sorted and replies drafted. Onboarding looked polished.

It does work. The product is real and the basic flow makes sense.

A modest reduction in low-stakes inbox time. For higher-stakes work I do not trust the drafts.
